Torben Christensen (1950–2004) was a professor at the Media Art School at the Royal Danish Art Academy in Copenhagen. Similar works were featured in Torben Christensen's solo exhibition “O Pilgrim” at Galerie Asbæk, Copenhagen in 1998, in which connection an exhibition catalog with the same title was published.
