Kær's Art Calendar 2022

Join us on a fantastic journey for the fifth year in a row, when, in collaboration with the National Gallery of Denmark and the Nivaagaard Collection, we give you the opportunity to follow Peter Kær's wonderful art calendar. As both detective and art connoisseur, Peter Kær zooms in on Nicolai Abildgaard's painting "The Wounded Philoctetes", which today hangs in the National Gallery of Denmark in Copenhagen. Every day from 1 to 24 December, we open a new episode that tells us about the artist’s fascinating work and the art scene in the 1700s.
