Strandstræde Keramik
Four egg-shaped stoneware lid jars. Decorated by dark brown glaze on light base, one also with glossy, transparent glaze. One lid jar signed L. Strandstræde 12, two indistinctly signed Strandstræde Danmark. Unique. H. resp. 4 and 8 cm. L. resp. 5.5 and 10.5 cm. W. resp. 4 and 7.7 cm. (4)
These lid jars were made in the ceramic studio in Lille Strandstræde, where Gunhild Aaberg, Beate Andersen and Jane Reumert produced them together.
Condition
Normal wear due to age and use, including scratches and marks. Two lid jars glued, and with chips. Please see detailed photos.
