A large Danish Rococo giltwood and walnut bureau cabinet, the lower part with curved bracket front and three large drawers and one narrow drawer, fall front enclosing fitted interior with small drawers and door, mounted with gilt bronze and lead ornaments, mid-18th century. Later upper cabinet with carved bird above a pair of doors and base carved with foliage, mid-19th century. H. 290 cm. W. 140 cm. D. 70 cm.
