The drawing originates from the year 1910, when Astrid Holm was a student at the Academie Henri Matisse in Paris. In 1915, works by Astrid Holm were exhibited twice at Den Frie Udstilling in Copenhagen. In February and separately with the exhibition “Astrid Holm. Exhibition of works 1910–1913” and later together with the modernist colleague Jais Nielsen under the heading “Astrid Holm - Jais Nielsen. Paintings - Drawings” .
