Axel Larsson (b. Torps, Medelpad 1898, d. 1975)

A rectangular mirror and matching Swedish Grace chest of drawers of lacquered and stained birch. Front with two drawers, vertical handles. These examples manufactured 1930s by Svenska Möbelfabrikerna Bodafors, Sverige, stamped by maker. Mirror: H. 108 cm. W. 51 cm. Chest: H. 60 cm. D. 47 cm. L. 110 cm. (2)

Condition

Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks, minor repairs/traces of wood filler. Sporadic light surface crackles in lacquer. Mirror glass with some dark spots. No key included, drawers unlocked.
