The Pelican is a marvellous piece of design which beckons to every beholder. Its organic form is a good example of the way Finn Juhl was inspired by abstract sculptures and artists. Presented at the Copenhagen Cabinet-makers' Guild Exhibition at “Designmuseum Danmark” in 1940.
