“Frugtsælgersker fra Amalfi. En staaende og en siddende Pige med røde Tomater i Kurve ved Amalfikysten”. Fruit sellers at the Amalfi Coast. A standing and seated young woman with red tomatoes in baskets at the Amalfi Coast. Signed with monogram and dated 1879. Oil on canvas. 65×54 cm.

Presumably exhibited at Charlottenborg 1879 no. 426, entitled “Fruit sellers from Amalfi”.

There are two almost identical paintings of the subject, the other one is owned by the National Gallery of Denmark (Inv. No. KMS 1787).
