A pair of Russian silver fish servers, profiled handle engraved with Grand Duchess Anastasia Mikhailovna of Russia's mitre crowned monogram, oval and tapered pierced blade. Karl Nicholls & Plinke, St. Petersburg town mark, 84 standard. Late 19th century. L. 32 cm. Weight 340 g. Box enclosed. (3).

Provenance: Grand Duchess Anastasia Mikhailovna of Russia (1860–1922), married to Duke Frederick Francis III of Mecklenburg-Schwerin (1851–1897), thereafter their son-in-law and daughter, King Christian X (1870–1947) and Queen Alexandrine (1879–1952) of Denmark, Sorgenfri Palace; hereafter their son and daughter-in-law, Hereditary Prince Knud (1900–1976) and Hereditary Princess Caroline-Mathilde of Denmark (1912–1995), Sorgenfri Palace; then their son, His Excellency Ingolf Count of Rosenborg (b. 1940) until today.
