Julius Bertram-Larsen, 1854–1935, manufacturer of tower clocks. He was apprenticed to his father, whose business in Køge he took over and moved to Copenhagen in 1880. With support from the Brewer J. C. Jacobsen made ¿¿Bertram-Larsen studying abroad and acquired a unique knowledge of old clock technology. He was awarded the important works, such as chimes to Frederiksborg Castle Church, tower clocks at Aarhus Cathedral, Skt. Knuds Cathedral in Odense and the Cathedral of Copenhagen in addition to several restoration tasks from stately homes and castles.
Wear due to age and use. The watch works, but we do not guarantee for the functionality. One weight, Winding key and Pendulum is enclosed.
