Unique silver cutlery pieces with hammered surface and relief decor. Comprising dinner forks and spoons made and marked by Mogens Ballin. Dessert spoons made and marked by Georg Thylstrup. Total weight 1494 g. (26)

Provenance: Johan Rohde's private collection. Thence by descent in the family.

Dinner forks and dinner spoons are engraved “JAR 1903”, dessert spoons are engraved “JAR 1911”. The initials indicates Johan and his wife 'Asa Rohde. They got married in 1903.

Literature: Sigurd Schultz: “Johan Rohde Sølv”, Det Berlingske Bogtrykkeri 1956. The present cutlery pieces are illustrated on p. 7, resp. on the top part of the page and the lower part to the right.

Comprising: 8 dinner forks L. 19.8–20 cm. 6 dinner spoons L. 20–20.3 cm. 12 dessert spoons L. 17.7 cm.
