Literature: Vibeke Petersen Gether “GAaA” 2016, ill. and described p. 522.

Literature: Mobilia, No. 296/97, 1980. Ill. and described p. 103. “The chair consists of four pillows kept together by braided leather straps. The chair is frameless. The braid complies systematically with the outer as well as the inner forms that are made by the pillows together.” Gunnar Aagaard Andersen, artist occassionally turned designer, was however in most peoples' minds, as well as probably in his own conception, a painter associated with the abstract, concrete and simple geometrical. But he describes his approach to his few and highly artistic furniture designs in the following manner: “In the act of designing funiture I once again have approached the figurative picture. Furniture is when applicable negative imprints of the human body. It is as the mould for a sculpture.”
