A pair of Chinese porcelain candlesticks, decorated in underglaze blue - European Baroque form, balustershaped on eight-sided bell-shaped base, decorated with flowers and borders. Qianlong 1736–1796. H. 16 cm. (2)

Provenance: Bought in Harrogate, England, in 1954.

Condition

one foot with repaired corner. Glaze chips at the edges and one with chip at the bottom egde, one candlestick somewhat wry Wear due to age and use.
