A French Empire sterling silver sauce boat on stand, adorned with leaf-friezes and palmette, flying swan-head scroll handle, raised on four animal paw-on-ball supports. Maker Charles-Antoine-Amand Lenglet, Paris 1819–1839. Weight 640 g. H. 26 cm. L. 26 cm.

According to seller the sauce boat was part of the inventory at Kokkedal Castle in the early 20th century.
