“Körbchen”. A four-sided sterling silver bread basket with curved ivory handle. Made and marked by Wiener Werkstätte, Vienna. Marked with the monogram mark of Josef Hoffmann, monogram mark of silversmith Adolf Wertnik, rose mark and Diana head. Designed 1905. Made c. 1905. Model S 509. Weight 498 g. H. 16.5 cm. W. max. 23.5 cm. D. 19 cm.

Provenance: Private collection, Denmark. The bread basket has been in the possession of the current owner's family since c. 1930s.
