The quibbler is described as a.o. “Christiania's uncensored mouthpiece” and “The Freetown’s coolest newspaper”. The publications contain essays, articles, letters, poetry, advertisements, political topics, posters, drawings, etc., written and illustrated by contemporary residents of Christiania. The collection up for auction provides a unique insight into the spirit of the times around the founding of the Freetown Christiania.

Ordkløveren beskrives bl.a. som “Christianias ucensurerede talerør” og “Fristadens absolut fedeste avis”, hvor der findes essays, artikler, breve, poesi, annoncer, politiske emner, plakater, tegninger, m.m., skrevet og illustreret af samtidens christianitter. Samlingen giver et unikt indblik i tidsånden omkring opstartsperioden for Fristaden Christania.
