The gentleman sitting at the desk is Police Deputy Morten Trulsen and the scene that unfolds is probably a sea interrogation with both the captain and the crew present.

Torn edges. The sheet has turned brown. Damp discolourations - mostly along the edges. Minor folds and stains. Examined in the frame.
