CHURCHILL THEME
The Potsdam Conference - whose main agenda was the new scheme of Europe - took place at the Cecilienhof Manor in the Berlin suburb Potsdam between July 17 and August 2, 1945. The main participants were US President Harry S. Truman, Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill (replaced on July 26 by newly elected Prime Minister Clement Attlee).
This is an original b/w silver gelatin press photograph from 1945, which appears with corner creases on the upper left side. In addition, a few surface cracks and handling marks. Back yellowed and somewhat soiled.
