All over lattice design of stylized rosettes, partly executed with silvered brass or copper foil threads, brocaded in a sumakh-like technique, surrounded by cassette main border of classical Chinese ornaments. Inscribed: Bao He Dian (“The Hall of Preserving Harmony”, The Forbidden City, Beijing). 18th century. 248×162 cm.
