Thorvald Bindesbøll (b. Copenhagen 1846, d. s.p. 1908)

A circular earthenware dish with incised decor and flower motifs. Decorated with transparent green glaze. Signed monogram 1913. Made by Eifrig. Unique. H. 4.5 cm. Diam. 44.5 cm.

Condition

Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks. Some chips and glaze peelings, of which some with later painted surface. The reserse/underside with crack by the foot rim.
