One from Nigeria (Hausa/ Nupe/ Fulbe) with incised loop blade on a c 66 cm long shaft decorated with a fishing net pattern. The other from Benin (Fon) with an almost straight “blade” c 17,5 cm long on a c 48 cm long shaft carved with a large lion with eyes in copper and ears in iron.
