Jens Vilhelm Dahlerup, attributed (b. Norup 1836, d. København 1907)

Nutwood artist's chair with ebony and fruit tree inlays depicting dancing cranes and ornamentation. Seat and back upholstered with red coloured leather, fitted with brass nails. Made secon half of the 19th century by cabinemakers Severin & Andreas Jensen.

Provenance: Carl and Othilia Jacobsen, hence by descent in the family.
