“Self-portrait in a cap and scarf with the face dark, bust. 1633”. Signed in print and dated Rembrandt f. 1633. Inscribed on the reverse “Freund 1851” and “Reinh. van Hauen 1900”. Etching. Plate size 132×103 mm.
An early impression of Hinterding’s third state of five. On 17th. century laid paper with fragment of watermark, possibly Basel Crosier or Basilisk.
