Released in 2012, the latest Rolex series, Sky-Dweller, is the most complicated Rolex to date. The Sky-Dweller collection spans a wide range of models, including models in steel, white gold and gold, as well as steel and gold combinations. The watch is also available with the Rolex Oysterflex rubber strap. Our catalogue features the timepiece in both steel and gold, steel, and 18 K gold.

The watch houses Rolex’s calibre 9001, a self-winding mechanical movement developed and manufactured in-house by Rolex. It was introduced in 2012, alongside the Sky-Dweller, for which the movement was specifically designed. The most complicated movement Rolex has ever produced, calibre 9001 is known for its complexity and precision. It has a built-in annual calendar that automatically distinguishes between days of the given month, as well as a “dual-time zone function” that enables its wearer to keep track of two time zones simultaneously. As with all Rolex watches, the movement is COSC certified, which means it has been tested and approved for its precision as a chronometer.
