A large Bohemian glass chandelier with royal provenance, six twin arms with twelve lights mounted for electricity, decorated with prisms, glass spears and twisted horns. Second half of the 19th century. H. 110 cm. Diam. 95 cm.

Provenance: Princess Thyra of Denmark (b. 1853 – d. 1933). The Danish princess was the youngest daughter of Christian IX and Queen Louise and in 1878 married Ernst August, Duke of Cumberland and pretender to the throne of the Kingdom of Hanover.
