The Danish artist Asger Dybvad Larsen (b. 1990) lives and works in Aarhus, Denmark. Dybvad Larsen works primarily within the field of painting, its art historical ballast, and an exploratory approach to the processing of the traditional materials of painting. The characteristic of Dybvad Larsen's production thus becomes his process, where the individual work becomes an image of the constant artistic exchange and development, rather than it becomes a work itself. It is an open process in which the works that he is working on are in constant flux.
The work is part of a charity auction to benefit “Børnetelefonen” (The Children's Phone) and “Børns Vilkår” (Children's Rights Denmark). The auction is initiated and curated by “Curated by Jens-Peter Brask”. The artists have generously donated their works. Bruun Rasmussen Auctioneers do not charge fees or commission so the total proceeds will go undiminished to Børns Vilkår's important work.
