Hans Edvard Nørregård-Nielsen cites Hans Christian Andersen in “Jeg saae det Land. H. C. Andersens rejseskitser fra Italien”, Gyldendal 1990, p. 187, where he describes lodging on Capri (in Danish): We stayed at Pagani's guesthouse, where the tall palm tree stands near the door.
