A fine German fully stocked percussion rifle mounted in German silver c 1840 by A. Köppe in Coblentz. The neck is fine chequered and carved, back action lock carved with foliate and decorated with a deer in gold, c 80,5 cm long octagonal barrel in calibre c 13 mm rifled with 4 grooves. The barrel is marked A. KöPPE a COBLENTZ in silver above the powder chamber.
A. Köppe is not included in Støckel.
