A Persian short fully stock gun with a miquelet lock c 1800. Slender butt, small working lock held by two screws with washers in bone, c 90 cm long octagonal Damascus barrel in calibre c 13,5 mm. with a Persian maker’s mark held to the stock by two bone pins and three cappucines in silver. The fore-stock ends in white bone.
Condition
The iron dark. The bone at the front of the stock may be newer than the gun.
