The Icelandic flag, signed by Sveinn Björnsson 1881–1952, the first Icelandic president. 131×188 cm.
Björnsson wrote Iceland's code of law regarding the flag (no 34/1944) which is still in use today. According to information only two signed flags are known to exist of which this is one. The flag was donated by Björnsson to be auctioned to help veterans from the WWII.
