Peder and his wife Ragnhild were close friends with the pastor at Bredebro church, Jørgen Algreen-Petersen, and he were to be presented with the cross as a birthday gift on his 60th birthday in May 1991. Shortly before, Peder Moos passed away, but Ragnhild presented the gift as intended. Hence by descent in the family.
