Zinck Editions is known for making beautiful original bronze sculptures from their workshop based at the Fonderia Mariani in Pietrasanta, Italy, founded in 1952. The foundry has a close collaboration with artists, and this has resulted in many exciting projects over the years. For the auction Zinck Editions has donated a bronze sculpture by the Danish artist Frederik Næblerød. Frederik Næblerød (b. 1988) lives and works in Copenhagen, Denmark. His art is characterized by an expressive expression and a creative urge that can be felt far beyond the frame. With his practice, he moves between media such as paintings, ceramics, drawings, sculptures, and off-grid projects, all of which, in different ways, give the viewer a vibrating, alive and thought-provoking experience.
Original condition.
The work is part of a charity auction to benefit “Børns Vilkår” (Children's Rights Denmark). The auction is initiated and curated by “Curated by Jens-Peter Brask”. The artists have generously donated their works. Bruun Rasmussen Auctioneers do not charge fees or commission so the total proceeds will go undiminished to Børns Vilkår's important work.
