Free Shipping of Wine to Hong Kong

In order to meet our Hong Kong customers’ desire for efficient transportation of wine purchased at Bruun Rasmussen Auctioneers, we have partnered up with the well-established freight forwarder Greencarrier in Denmark and their agent, JAS, in Hong Kong, who can offer our customers regular shipping every 6-8 weeks by airfreight between Copenhagen and Hong Kong.

Bruun Rasmussen offers free shipping of wine when using this service as well as free storage before shipping. We will ensure that the bottles are packed in an insulated box, which protects the wine from heat and condensation. The temperature is also monitored during transit.

Collection of Wine in Hong Kong

Customers will receive notification upon arrival and are responsible for the collection of items or onward transportation from JAS’s warehouse in Hong Kong:

Storage: 14 days of free storage paid for by Bruun Rasmussen from the arrival date (after this period the storage costs are covered by the customer’s account)

Release fee at JAS’s location: HKD 200 (subject to change)

Insurance

The items are insured during transit until they are handed over to the customer by JAS in Hong Kong.
