The Art of Luxury
Discover an exclusive world of luxury with jewellery, fashion, wristwatches and wine, when we present our new initiative “The Art of Luxury” at this summer’s Live Auction.
Hermès, Rolex, diamonds and Champagne – you now have ample opportunity to delve into the high quality lots of our four categories of luxury in a special catalogue and auction entitled “The Art of Luxury”. Jewellery, fashion and wristwatches will be sold at Live Auction on 15 June and all lots are presented in a printed catalogue. Wine will be sold at an Online Auction the same day and all lots at this auction are presented on our website.
The Jewellery Art of Arje GriegstAmong the jewellery, several Danish pieces are up for auction this time around as we present a collection of unique jewellery from the 1960s-1970s by the popular goldsmith Arje Griegst, designed in a fairy-tale world of motifs with abstract faces. At the jewellery auction, you will also find the finest diamond rings, jewellery from internationally recognized jewellers such as Ole Lynggaard and Cartier as well as beautiful historical jewellery in the Belle Époque and Art Deco styles. |
Two Fashion Icons, Chanel and HermèsAt the fashionable end of this new world of luxury, we can please the enthusiastic collector of designer handbags with the most sought-after brands in rare editions, the best quality and at competitive prices that are hard to find elsewhere. The highlights are the two Chanel bags "Rectangular Mini Flap Bag" in black and "Flap Bag" in pink as well as the two iconic Hermès bags "Kelly Sellier 32" and "Birkin 35". |
Watches from an Adventurer and a KingDedicated wristwatch collectors know ticking masterpieces when they see them, and masterpieces are exactly what you get at this auction. There are both newer and vintage wristwatches from the most well-known brands such as Patek Philippe, Cartier and Rolex. Among the Rolex watches is a GMT Master reference 1675, which has been owned by a true adventurer who journeyed around Greenland in a kayak using the watch for navigation, while Cartier offers a watch built into a historic lighter that previously belonged to King George II of Greece. |
Rare ChampagnesThe uncompromising wine collector can enjoy our Online Theme Auction with rare Champagnes of the highest quality. At the very luxurious end is a bottle of Dom Perignon rosé 1988 P3, which is a stellar vintage wrapped in the producer's stylish approach to rosé Champagne. Other highlights include several vintage Champagnes from Egly-Ouriet and the 1981 Krug Collection. |
