Provenance Alvar Aalto From 18–29 October, the Bukowskis auction house in Stockholm will be holding an Online Auction entitled “Design Sale Helsinki” at which furniture and decorative art by well-known Finnish and international designers will go under the hammer. The auction highlights include two rare glass vases by Alvar Aalto and various other items from Aalto’s private home Riihitie in Munkkiniemi, just outside Helsinki. |
