The Danish Energy Agency Is Putting Radio Frequencies up for Auction

At Bruun Rasmussen, we have the pleasure of collaborating with the Danish Energy Agency on the sale of radio frequencies on the 450 MHz frequency band. The auction will take place as an Online Auction here at bruun-rasmussen.dk on 23 June at 10 am.
At the auction, the Danish Energy Agency has put radio frequencies on the 450 MHz frequency band up for sale to the highest bidder. The frequencies are well suited for “Internet of Things” services as well as “Machine to Machine” communication and wireless broadband.
This is a nationwide license for the frequencies on the frequency band 453,000 – 457,500 MHz and 463,000 – 467,500 MHz.
Sign up for the Auction
To participate in the auction, you have to register with the Danish Energy Agency prior to the auction and no later than 9 June. The auction material and contact information can be found on the Danish Energy Agency's website (in Danish only) under the tab “Auktion over 450 MHz-frekvensbåndet” (Auction for the 450 MHz frequency band).
The minimum bid at this auction has been set at DKK 50,000 and is not an expression of the appraisal value of the frequencies offered.
