Prince Henrik's Collection, Part III
The final part of Prince Henrik's collection is now up for Online Auction on Sunday 9 February at 3 pm. The auction contains African and Asian decorative art as well as Prince Henrik's entire collection of vinyl records.
This is the final chance to become an owner of an item from Prince Henrik's collection as we follow up on the previous two auctions with a third and final auction of his wooden figures and masks from Africa and Asian jade art. As something unique for this auction, we can also present more than 900 vinyl records from Prince Henrik's huge record collection, which show the Prince’s wide and varied taste in music with a clear preference for classical music from around the world. The collection includes everything from Mahler, Debussy, Haydn, Brahms, Chopin and folk music from Argentina, Greece and Ukraine as well as saucy ditties from Old France and Danish popular music with Nina & Frederik, Trille and Anne Linnet. Before the auction, you have the opportunity to come and see all the many art objects and vinyl records at Baltikavej 10 in Copenhagen's Nordhavn from 5-7 February at 10 am - 5 pm. |
