A Roskilde Fan and Sneaker Enthusiast?

Then look here! Hummel recently designed a unique Orange Stage Roskilde Festival 84 Limited Edition sneaker with material from the original 1984 canopy from the Orange Stage. We have just sold one pair, but there is still another pair up for auction at a charity online auction on 4 July.

Wild concerts, draught beer and wind in your hair it’s not every day you get the chance to become the owner of a cool piece of memorabilia from one of the highlights of the Danish summer period. But now is your chance, as we are selling two pairs of sneakers made from the original canopy from Roskilde Festival’s famous Orange Stage.

Shoes Encapsulating a Spellbound Atmosphere

The canopy from 1984 was the second in the row of canopies used for the main stage at the music festival, and it was part of the festival until 2000, where it had been the backdrop to the many major concert events that took place on the Orange Stage each year. The Stage's orange-coloured canopy has been the centrepiece of the Roskilde Festival’s logos since 1978, so it is truly a material full of history – a history that has included many unforgettable musical experiences and a wealth of emotions from the many enthusiastic spectators.

Submit a Bid and Support a Good Cause

The second pair of shoes will be sold at our online auction on Tuesday, 4 July at 7 PM, right after the festival in Roskilde has taken place. There will be a clock on the festival site that will be counting down to the auction of the shoes.

By placing a bid, you will be supporting a good cause the proceeds will go to the non-profit organisation GAME and their work for equal access to sport and culture for children and young people living in disadvantaged areas.
