We are experiencing rapidly growing international interest in our auctions, which resulted in some remarkably high hammer prices at the recent international auction at Bredgade: 

  • Gerhard Henning: "Stående pige med blomster (Blomsterpigen)" (Standing girl with flowers / The Flower Girl), 1947 (1933). Hammer price: DKK 1,650,000.

  • Harald Giersing: "Dame med nedadvendt Blik, Halvfigur" (Woman with a downward gaze, Half Figure), 1921. Hammer price: DKK 1,200,000.

  • Peder Moos: A rosewood tea table with numerous box tree wood inlays. Top of two layers of clear glass. Made by cabinetmaker Peder Moos. Hammer price: DKK 540,000.

  • Paul Fischer: Summer day at Højbro Plads in Copenhagen with flower sellers from Amager, 1930. Oil on canvas. 59 x 74 cm. Hammer price: DKK 490,000.

  • A rare set of six Danish Louis XVI armchairs and a sofa, model by G.E. Rosenberg. Hammer price: DKK 210,000.

  • A diamond ring set with a brilliant-cut diamond weighing app. 4.20 ct., mounted in 18k white gold. Circa 2008. Hammer price: DKK 155,000.

  • A pair of anatomical carved ivory figures lying with a pillow under their heads and movable thorax. Middle Europa 17th-18th century. Hammer price: DKK 120,000.

  • A signed Seirafian Isfahan carpet, Persia. C. 1.1 mio. kn. pr. sqm. Mid-20th century. Hammer price: DKK 115,000.

  • Johan Rohde: "Acorn". Sterling silver and silver cutlery. 158 pieces. Hhammer price: DKK 62,000.
