Sell at auction

We are experiencing rapidly growing international interest in our auctions, which resulted in some remarkably high hammer prices at the recent international auction at Bredgade: 

• An important Ming gilt bronze figure of Avalokiteshvara. 1368-1644. H. 72 cm. Hammer price: DKK 3.7 million.

• P.S. Krøyer: "En Flok Drenge ude i det solglitrende Vand". A group of boys in the glinting water. Signed and dated S. Krøyer Skagen 92. Oil on canvas. 38.5 x 60.5 cm. Hammer price: DKK 3 million.

• Igor Emmanuilovich Grabar: "Foraarssol". Spring sun. Signed and dated Igor Grabar Riga March 1921 (in Cyrillic). Oil on cardboard. 52 x 65 cm. Hammer price: DKK 800,000.

• Edvard Weie: Still life, late 1920s. Unsigned. Oil on canvas. 78 x 65 cm. Hammer price: DKK 680,000.

• Jais Nielsen: "Blomster i Vase" (Flowers in a Vase). Signed Jais 17. Oil on canvas. 110 x 82 cm. Hammer price: DKK 650,000.

• Vacheron Constantin: A gentleman's wristwatch of 18k rosegold. Model Malte, ref. 30067/000R. Mechanical tourbillon movement. 2007. Hammer price: DKK 590,000.

• Flemming Lassen: "The Tired Man". Easy chair upholstered with sheepskin, partly fitted with buttons. Hammer price: 525,000 kr.

• Hygiea figure of Greek white marble. Roman Period. 2nd century. H. 73 cm. J.A. Jerichau's collection – G. A. Sadolin's collection. Hammer price: DKK 520,000.

• Finn Juhl: Freestanding two seater sofa and matching easy chair mounted on teak legs. Hammer price: DKK 330,000.

• A diamond bracelet set with numerous brilliant-cut diamonds weighing a total of app. 18.00 ct., mounted in 18k white gold. Certificate. Circa 2008. Hammer price: DKK 150,000.

• Mathias Ortmann, workshop: A Danish Rococo bombé shaped walnut and giltwood commode. Mid 18th century. Hammer price: DKK 65,000.
