Great hammer prices

The bidders were out in force at this autumn’s international stamp auction, which this time was held at our department at Baltikavej in Copenhagen.

• 823/1273: Fantastic collection from China, 1878-1980. Estimate: DKK 150,000. Hammer price: DKK 220,000.

• 823/657: Impressive collection of letters in 72 binders, 1851-1933. Estimate: DKK 25,000. Hammer price: DKK 200,000.

• 823/1292: Old collection of 4 albums from China, 1882-1968. Estimate: DKK 50,000. Hammer price: DKK 160,000.

• 823/688: "Battle of Southern Jutland" collection, 1864. Estimate: DKK 100,000. Hammer: DKK 110,000.

• 823/1100: Impressive, complete old collection, 1855-1971. Estimate: DKK 25,000. Hammer: DKK 80,000.
