Three green-tinted wine glasses with round cups and conical stems, cut with princely crowned monogram of HA. Second half-20th century. H. 19.5 cm. And three brandy glasses engraved with Glücksburg Castle, Gottorp Castle and Eutin Castle, resp., H. 14 cm. Second half-20th century. (3+3)

The monogram on the three glasses with green stem can probably be related to the wedding in 1960 between Prince Welf Heinrich of Hanover (1923–1997) and Princess Alexandra of Ysingen and Büdingen (1837–2015). Both the bride and groom were relativea to the below mentioned four princesses.

The three castles on the cognac glasses all have strong ties to the Glücksborg ducal family.

Provenance: ”The Historical Collection of Four Princesses From the Cavalier House of Glücksburg Castle”. The cultural heritage after the sisters, Her Highness Princess Elisabeth of Ysenburg and Büdingen, née Princess of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg (1945–2024), Her Highness Princess Irene of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg (b. 1946), Her Highness Princess Margaretha of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg (b. 1948), and Her Highness Princess Sibylla Ursula of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg (b. 1955).
