A Danish South Jutland silver “hovedvandsæg” vinaigrette, gilt interior, lid with pierced crown, set with 77 red, blue and green facetted glass stones, octogonal base with balm hide, pricked with owner's name and year H. Petersen 1858. Maker Reimar Diedrich Dethlefsen, Sønderborg c. 1819–1836, widow continues until 1860. Weight 79 g. H. 13 cm.
