A Russian 14k gold pin-set and hunter case lady's pocket watch, the front case adorned with the Russian Warrant in blue and black enamel, white dial with black Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds, dust cover of gold signed Pavel Bure, no. 43598. Russian movement. C. 1898. Weight 33 g. Case diam. 32 mm. Together with a Russian laquer box, decorated with Peter the Great. H. 4.5 cm. L. 13 cm. (2).

Provenance: Presents from Tsaritsa Maria Feodorovna of Russia to her lady-in-waiting, Miss Thora Mortensen, at Hvidøre Castle in the 1920s. Thence by descent to Thora Mortensen's niece's daughter with residence in Denmark until today.

Condition

The watch does not work. We do not guarantee for the functionality. Minor wear due to age and use. The laquer box with some crackles and minimal chips.
