A French 18k three-colour gold tabatière, of rectangular form with cut corners, guilloché band decoration, engraved with flower and leaf borders. Paris gold hallmarks 1798–1809. Unidentified maker's mark. Later import mark. Weight 145 g. L. 9.5 cm.
