A Brussels 16th century tapestry. “ISAAC BLESSING JACOB” based on the etching attributed to Agostino Venetiano (Bartsch XIV. 6), fresco after Raffael (The Vatican, loggia). The blind Isaac mistakenly blesses Jacob, believing him to be his first-born son Esau. Executed in wool and silk. H. 271 cm. W. 308 cm.
