A French Louis XVI style obelisk table clock of white marble and gilded bronze, white enamel dial with black Roman numerals. The movement stamped 'Japy Freres et Cie, 1855 Exposition Grand mld D'honour'. The second half of the 19th century. H. 58 cm. W. 27 cm. D. 18 cm.

Condition

The watch is in good condition. There are smaller chips to the edges on the spear and to the base. The back has an old restoration and two fine lines to the left side of the case. The chain on the back is broken and a piece is missing.

The movement looks clean and in good condition, however Bruun Rasmussen does not guarantee the functionality. Winding key encloced.
