Likely from the same series as an album leaf at the British Museum. 1983,0604,0.1. Here described as “Album leaf. History. Narrative of events in the Three Kingdoms, with inscription in Chinese and Manchu.”

Here a.o. mentioned “The inscriptions in both Manchu and Chinese, as well as the high quality of the painting, suggest that the present lot would have been made for a member of the Manchu nobility which ruled the Qing empire (AD1644–1911)”
One could be trimmed. One with repair. Some wear. Examined in it's frame and no guarantee for hidden defects.
