A Russian traveler's icon in the form of an oval plaquette, enamel on copper, depicting Jesus in the clouds, surrounded by angel, blessing the Mother of God. Russian text on the reverse. 19th century. H. 9 cm. Mounted in a braided hair chain with gold plated mountings.
