A French military small sword pattern 1816 for a high ranking officer mounted in gilded brass with grip in mother of pearl. On the guard the French fleur de lis. The single edged blade is c. 83 cm. long blued and gilded on the upper part.

The grip is missing the straps between the mother of pearl, the gilding partly gone and the blade somewhat spotted.
